The president also blamed the recurrence of “Algae Blooms” in the pool on these purported “vandals,” although it’s unclear how people could be responsible for a recurring issue that has plagued the pool for years. Trump has been engaged in a feud with ABC and its news division for several years now and has repeatedly touted his $16 million 2024 settlement in a defamation case he filed against the network.
